I also tried the drag and drop method suggested below. And would you guess it? It is working. The first thing it does is pop up a dialog box that asks if you want to append or create new. I chose append and up pops and old menu item (so much for ribbon interface) to select csys. I never really trusted ptc's windows compatibility modes so I never use drag and drop methods in Creo, windchill, wildfire or the likes. I guess I will have to remember this.
