Extrude problem

Hi......       Anyone pls help

This is my simple sketch to make hole, and the sketch presented on plane

After i click extrude its shows to select body. But actually its a single body part. 

Any how i select all body to remove material. But in my result u can see that my total bottom side part is got deleted but there a only one round closed sketch is presented in my sketch for remove material.

I guess the problem is related to the way you created the model. Please pack your model into zip file and upload this zip file. This will enable community to investigate your problem.
