This is a simple Flat Wall sketched onto a rectangular sheet. It is a 45
degree flange that is also tapered or mitered to form a chamfered box (along
with its three siblings).
The Shape is Sketched.

Why does it insist on creating that little notch? It doesn't matter which
Relief I select, this will not go away. Using WF4, but the issue also
exists in Creo 2 (ie, redefine does not remove the notch).
It seems to be related to the steps the designer took while redefining the
default flat wall sketch to the User Defined sketch seen above.some of the
original Sketcher References were deleted. Recreating the feature while
taking care not to remove the default Sketcher References results in a new
wall without the notch.
Thanks in advance,
