Hello,
I use CREO 8.0 parametric for the creation of large assembly, more than 500 parts and the 2D drawing of these assemblies, not renderization and simulation. I would like to know if AMD's latest GPUs, such as the RX 7900 XT, are compatible with CREO 8.0 parametric. Is it better, for my use, opt for a professional version, RTX Quadro A4000 instead or take a non-pro version such as the RTX 4070ti? Thank’s

Hi Champion,
I have already checked this information, the GPUs that I mention aren't included. There's no point in sending this kind of answer if you don't take a minimum of time to read the questions and answer properly. Thank's for the effort
You left out some relevant information in your query, like the fact that you had reviewed the supported and certified HW documents at PTC.com. Communicate more clearly and you will likely get an answer relevant to your question.
I suggest reviewing the PTC documents more thoroughly.
For example.
PTC does indeed have Creo 8 HW notes for the NVIDIA RTX A4000 which is one of the GPUs mentioned in the original query.
Yes, the Nvidia RTX A4000 is mentioned in the document, I know it's compatible, I*m not asking about this, just it's better or not for my use compared to the other two, which they aren't in the document. My main question is the AMD RX 7900 XT, release date December 13, 2022, compatible with CREO 8.0 parametric. What more information I need to send to have a concrete answer?
The AMD RX 7900 XT is not supported for use with CREO. It may work and it may not. PTC does not test all available video cards. The only way to find out is to give it a try or find someone who did not follow PTC's recommendations and has tried it.
Thank's for your simple and clear answer. For the choice of an Nvidia Quadro A4000 and an RTX 4070Ti, which will be the most efficient for my use on CREO parametric 8.0, in big assemblies, not renderization and simulation? I assume that the RTX 4070Ti is already compatible or it will be soon, since she*s just come out at the beginning of the year.
