Format text dissapears - have you seen it?

Strange thing is happening here. Our format is mysteriously blanking all
its text. Sometimes it is visible but then print and nothing comes out on
the print. Other times text does not show at all, but double click the
title table block and it shows you the value that is in it. I can not
seem to find the culprit causing this strange occurrence. Has anyone seen
this problem yet? WF4 M170 Window XP 32 and win 7 64bit

I was going down that rabbit hole already and I did find an old part with
numbered layers. I deleted all the numbered layers and my problem is now
gone. I did not actually look for the rule or the problem layer I just
used a big hammer and smashed everything possible until it worked.
