GD&T Advisor Crash

Hello,

 

Our customer having GD&T Advisor Extension Licenses but the Application gets crashed with "Traceback" error while the customer trying to launch GD&T Advisor from the Applications Tab in Creo Parametric 4.0. 

 

Kindly help.

PTC tech support are the only ones who can evaluate a traceback log.
