Getting error message "The section is not perpendicular in this view: select again."

Hi Creos,

 

I am facing this error which was registered as SPR 1410164.

(Getting error message "The section is not perpendicular in this view: select again." when trying to arrows in a drawing view in Pro/ENGINEER and Creo Elements/Pro)

 

Is this bug repaired?

Well, unlikely since it says it "works to product spec". Is this an offset x-sec? 

Resolution

  • Reported to R&D as SPR 1410164
  • Works to product specification for Pro/ENGINEER，Creo Elements/Pro and Creo Parametric
  • For an offset X-sec, the arrows can only be shown in a view in which the sketching plane for the xsec is flat to screen.
