I AM ANALYSING AN ASSEMBLY IF I WANT TO EXTRACT THE LOADS ON ONE PART OF IT AND PERFORM A DESIGN OPTIMIZATION ON THAT PART. IS IT POSSIBLE.IF YES THEN HOW.

So you do not want to optimize in the assembly, like in this thread: In Optimization Design, how to select one part's parameters in assembly situation?

If I understand you correctly, you want to compute the resulting forces on a component in the assembly and then optimize the model alone, right?

You could create measurements for the resulting moments and forces in the assembly, but you probably will have to define corresponding loads in part simulation (I don't believe they can be automatically applied based on the analysis in the assembly)
