Heat Shrink showing up on BOM

Looking for a way to put heat shrink on a harness and have it show up in the BOM.

Ideally, I have a "part" for the heat shrink and I add to where ever its needed on the harness. Then it totals how much I used and throughs it into the BOM. Is this possible in the same way the spools are done? Or are there other ways to do this?
