When I try to publish the 3d model I need to connect to a server

Whon can I get credentialsto conenct to this server ?

The first time you publish a model you will have to enter your PTC.com account credentials.

will this work with Creo 4 Accademic license? I followed the pdf instrution but i'm still not able to connect to the publishing thingmark server
