How I can add sheetmetal thickness in to BOM?

Do you want this to be added in Repeat Region? If yes, you can add &asm.mbr.SMT_THICKNESS.

Or Is it for "Bill of material" from Tools > Bill of material .  In this case you need to customize BOM format file.

I am creating BOM using repeat region adding Sr. No., Part Name, Qty.,
Material etc.

Tell me how can I add column having thickness into my bill of material.

As in first reply you can call SMT Thickness in repart region table by adding  &asm.mbr.SMT_THICKNESS (Report parameter > asm > mbr > user defined > Type SMT_THICKNESS)
