Hello,
How can I create extreme positions of moving parts assembly in drawing ? So what I should do ? Thanks for all answer.
Solved! Go to Solution.
So I did it. At first I did 2 snapshots in extreme position and then I gave both snapshots on the drawing but one with phantom style. Then I set snapshot with phantom like alignment to the first and translated to the final position. I write this procedure for someone with the same problem like me. Thank all for advice
Here is my proposal:
1. Family table for required positions
2. Mechanism with snap shots
3. ....
I tried it with snapshots. But I don't know, how can I make 2 position in 1 view in drawing.
Make two snapshots.
Activate the option for using them in the drawing.
For the drawing, in your view options, select View State, activate Explode and select your snapshot.
So, no need to use Family Tables.
But how can I make 2 position in 1 view in drawing?
I think you can't.
Or you'll have to add two time^your part in your assembly.
Or you can use cosmetic for information if it's a 2D view.
Add moving parts to assembly twice, one at each extreme. In the drawing one set would typically be shown as phantom to eliminate confusion. Simplified reps can be used to remove one set from views where you don't want to see it.
