Well, I guess this is where plain, old fashioned drafting practices come into play. If it were me, I would place a general view at a reduced scale to show the dimensions I want to convey to the shop. I then add views to adequately describe the feature in question.

A part 2" long x .7" height x .300 width, with 2 x 6" radii. I would like
to show both arc dimensions and its correspondent axis. The view is a
partial view with a scale 4:1. I am able to show the horizontal, vertical
dimension with double arrow to locate the arcs center. However, I am unable
to show the size of the arc with the leader coming from the axis which are
outside of the drawing border. Is there a way to show big size arc axis
that wouldn't fit on a paper size format?
Your suggestion and help is greatly appreciated
Frank.
