Tolerance Group is greyed out!
I have set Entity Display as "Show all tolerances" in Options. But it keeps going back to "Show only ISO table-driven tolerances".
I have set Tol_Display to be Yes. However, the tolerance group is still greyed out.
I don't have this type of problem with all my drawings in the past. But this time, this drawing is passed to me to help finish it. Is there another "switch" to be toggled on so that the tolerance group can be activated? Thanks.
There always have more to learn in CREO.
Solved! Go to Solution.
If select "Do not show tolerances", CREO will accept the new option. Then, come back to swap with "Show all tolerances", i.e., select "Show all tolerances", CREO will accept and keep the new option. However, with "Show all tolerances", the "Tol_Display Yes", the Tolerance Group is still greyed out.
Kept on checking with these two settings "Tol_Display Yes" and "Show all tolerances", with some patience, the greyed out Tolerance Group came back.
Case is closed.
All other drawings created by myself have no problem with the Tolerance Group. Only this particular drawing that was half done by someone else who actually has much more experience in using CREO and Windchill.
So, where is the extra "switch" that can grey out Tolerance Group?
