How to create a model of a conductor

Please let me know if there is a good method for creating a winding model when creating a conductor model.

Using a helical sweep allows for the creation of a winding with a consistent thickness, but since the coil height is 18mm and the wall thickness is 12.5mm, bending the model created with the helical sweep will cause interference with the coil. If you have a good method, please let me know.

Coil Specifications

  • Outer Diameter: φ50mm
  • Inner Diameter: φ25mm
  • Thickness: 18mm

Winding Specifications

  • Wire Diameter: φ2mm
  • Number of Turns: 13 turns
  • Winding Arrangement: Wrap around the coil at 115° intervals, with 3 wraps.
  • Gap Between Each Turn: 5°
    • (Calculation: 115° * 3 + 5° * 3 = 360°)

Conditions

  • The distance between the winding wire and the coil is not constant, resulting in a zigzag shape in cross-section.
    • (Some winding wires will be closer to the coil while others will be farther away.)
  • The winding wires do not overlap.

Are you asking how to model wires wrapped around a core such as this?
