How to not show some parts of the assembly in assembly drawing

Hello,

I would like to leave out some parts of the assembly in the drawing using some other way than just leave the parts hidden in assembly model tree.

You can erase parts from the assembly in drawing views.

Find the "component display" button under the layout tab and select "blank" in the Menu Manager.

One more question regarding hidden parts of the assembly:

-how can i exclude those hidden parts from the overal assembly weight so that the weight contains only for visible parts of the assembly?
