How to save a JPG used in a model.

When an image is stored with a model under the Images tab, is there a way to save it out from the model?

No, I do not think this is possible.

AFAIK:

The image data is not stored in the Creo model, only a reference to the filename of the imported image. Due to this you would not be able to export the "image" data from the Creo model. Creo looks for the "image" data in the working directory and if the reference files are not in the directory, then Creo shows an error message.

This isn't what you asked, but in case someone else finds this thread in the future, there is a way to export an image used in an appearance. If you right click on the image from the appearance editor and select "preview" then it brings you to the hidden image editor and from there you can export it back out.

This assumes you have  save_texture_with_model yes enabled when the appearance was created.

That Config change has been made and appreciate the follow up.

Also, setting up a decal may have been a better approach as I feel it's more common than an image usage for most of our users.
