Hi,
I'm new with Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express.
I've imported a 2d CAD drawing and i need to remove many parts.
If I try to drag the mouse to draw a rectangle surrounding the entities i need to remove, it selects faces and many more.
I want to select only lines like I'm working on a 2d drawing.
To do so at the moment i press F2 (or space and then select) .
Then, on the selection windows i choose 2D on top and 2D Box on bottom (I don't know if BOX is the right translation, I'm using italian version)
Then draw an area with the mouse and then press CANC.
When I press CANC it takes some seconds to delete all lines, and after, the selection get OFF, so to remove other lines i have to do the procedure from the beginning.
It seems a little bit tricky, is there an easy wat to do what I want?
