Hi. Im working in Creo 2.0 with a model (imagine a heart (<3) in 3D, which is cut in half in the screens plane. Then cut in half through the middle normal to the screen plane). I have sketched some lines to make a surface follow to cover the entire model (the resting surface and the surface facing away from you on the pic is just a "fill". The rest of the squares are filled individually with "style -> surface" and choosing the correct bounding lines.
My problem: I cant get the model to put surfaces on some of the areas as the picture shows.
Either it says
"failed." or
"Curves define more than one surface. Known curve intersections are shown." or
"Not all curves are connected. Known curve intersections are shown."
I have searched for answers and tried my best but nothing seems to work.
My goal is to make the entire model a solid after surfaces have been applied.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance!
Anders
Okay I've figured it out with help from a colleague.
The problem were the flat surfaces or fills at the side and bottom of the model. They did not follow the curves well enough, so we created a 'too large' flat extrusion from which the fills were created. See picture.
Thanks a lot for your help Steven anyway!
