ISSUE IN 3D PDF - FILE NAME (MODEL TREE)

Hi,

In the assembly I renamed one part and saved the part and the assembly. Later I converted that assembly into 3d pdf format.

When my client opened the 3d pdf file, and found that old part number only appears in the 3d pdf model tree.

This is getting solved by saving the assembly and closing all the parts & assemblies and session. After that I have to do Erase not displayed to remove all the temp file. Then I opened the creo assembly and converted to 3d pdf. Now it is working fine.

Hi,

as is clear from the text, you found a workaround. If you insist on resolving the described problem, then you must contact PTC Support.
