Import latest Autocad dwg files

Hello all,

I am trying to import a newer version of AutoCAD dwg file into Pro-E Wildfire
and I am getting an error, The specified DXF file does not exist. Invalid DWG file

Older versions (Rel 14) of AutoCAD files can still be imported with no problem.

Does anyone know of a fix to open newer AutoCAD dwg files ??

Check help center for compatible versions for import. Information about Creo Parametric is available in article  CS134024

Anyway, if you receive an AutoCAD 2018 drawing, then you still have a problem as even Creo 5.0 can't import that.

So you will need to convert your AutoCAD 2018 drawing to an older version. You can use Autodesk DWG TrueView to do the conversion.
