When I Import a step file, the blue comment can not be hidden / removed.

Were you able to place them on a layer? Also, if nothing is working, you may want to ask the person who sent you the STEP file, to export it without the annotations.

Okay, thanks, I try it.
It doesn't work as the method you mentioned.
And the comment disappears when i change a config.pro file.
