Is it possible to find the x, y and z of a point relative to coordinate of file?

Go to the ANALYSIS tab

Use the Measure Types drop down tool

Use the Summary tool

Pick the point you want to measure

The popup window will display the delta X,Y,Z values to the prime Coordinate system.
