I use PTC Creo 6.0.4.0
While in the Annotate tab, you have the option to create an inspection dimension.
The corresponding dialog window with the display of what the dimension looks like can be seen in the attached screenshot.
When you export this model to a STEP AP242 (with the Include option "Annotations -> Rich content" enabled) the graphical representation is retained but the ability to interrogate the annotation to check whether this is an inspection dimension or not seems to be lost in the translation. It can not be found in the annotation parameters as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
Is this a shortcoming of the STEP implementation in PTC Creo or is there a way to circumvent this problem.
