Is there a way to list all the views of drawing a part is shown in? Or can you generate a list of all the simplified reps a part was used in?

Hi,
you can only highlight views containing specific drawing model.

Hi Timothy,
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to extract such a list.

I can definitely do this with SmartAssembly (3rd party add-on), which means it's possible with Pro/TOOLKIT (PTC add-on). You may even be able to do something with the (free and included) J-Link and/or VB APIs.
