Large Assemblies
What's the biggest assembly you've created or seen with Pro/E? Total number of parts, number of unique parts?

I was doing some testing recently, with 100,000+ parts (big patterns) and found that the new Wildfire 5.0 option for "bounding box" rep was very useful. That's an extremely handy lightweight option to have built into components.

I don't know the part count, but years ago, when doing contract training for PTC, I had a student doing work for the National Ignition Facility (laser fusion) which he told me was being modeled in its entirety in Pro. Since the early days of Pro large part count machinery has been created at Caterpillar and John Deere.
