Licence activation of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 6.0

Dear All,

the activation key received for Modeling Express 6.0 is not working, eventhough it is the actual key received from PTC.

I did not use the program for a longer period but this always worked in the past.

Any idea how to go on?
