Make arc snap over the hole?

I'm trying to turn this hole into a slot. I tried placing a palette over the hole but it doesnt snap. Is there a way to make it snap over perfectly? or do I have to line them up manually? Using Creo 10.

If your design intent is to use the hole to locate something in a sketch, then make sure to include the edges/center of the hole as a reference in the sketch where you are creating the slot.
