I know it's a weird Q. I thought worth still asking. Options to build cable, like something as shown in image attached.
THANKS!

You have three curves that do not overlap for the sweep tool to follow. That will not work. You need to remove Chains 1 & 2 and hold shift to add the other curves to the original.

There are a lot of examples and models to look.
Interesting challenges. I am almost there with looking at those challenges and challenging myself... 🙂
MY Question: How to sweep using/selecting multiple curves? It does not take me to sketch mode. (SEE ATTACH IMAGE)
Two trajectories require two roughly parallel curves. This method helps to control twist of the sketch and/or vary the size of the sketch.
Looks like you are trying to follow them in series. For this, select one trajectory and hold the shift key to add on adjacent curves.
If selected trajectories are not continuous and tangent, it will not give me the sketch option? Am I correct in understanding that?
They don't necessarily need to be tangent, but they do need to be end to end.
Still confused! Cannot pick separately created curve / sketch cyurve / point to point curve / etc ....
See image. Its not orienting to sketching plane.

FANTASTIC! Nailed it. This discussion was the best, fruitful.
Now time to soak up in Sun. Summer just beginning.... 🙂
Thank you.
Enjoy the sunshine.😎 I don't get to see much sun in my cave. We are expecting thunderstorms today, so not much sun outside either. 🙄
