Running Creo 3.0 M140, we have a Mass Properties problem between a FT generic and 1 of its instances.
Our issue is when we set the material and the UoM in the generic, we run the analysis on the generic, it will report in KG/MM^3 as we prefer and on the instance, it will report in Tonne/MM^3. However, Model Information page in Tools shows the Instance has the proper UoM assigned for the instance.
We have also notice, that in the parameters there is 3 screens (Main, Alternate mass properties, and Reported mass properties). In the generic the UoM reads correctly as kg/mm^3 in both Alternate and Reported MP. The instance reads incorrectly as tonne/mm^3 on both.
Where can we fix this? We cannot find the Alternate MP settings, nor where the problem child has been defined independently. We have checked relations, and parameters in the FT, and found nothing. We have tried across multiple users on the same part and each user sees the same problem.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
