I'm trying to find out if there is a way to either import or even manually put in mass properties for a pcb and it's components. The tricky part though, is that when I do these pcb's I convert the assembly into a psolid. Is there a way that the mass properties carry over from the assembly? Or is there even a way to give this converted psolid mass properties. The reason for the conversion is that in our models, the pcb's usually have a couple hundred components and we're putting 6 or 7 of these boards into a top level assembly that already has a couple hundred components as well.
