Mold opening simulation with slider in EMX 8.0
Can anyone explain how to perform interference check for slider lifter during mold opening or how to perform mold opening simulation with slider movement?? please give me ur suggestion.

The slider set used in the demo is HASCO single Locking. I changed angle pin length to 90 to increase the pull out distance. The assembly file is available with the link below. It was created in Creo 3.0/EMX 9.0.

There is no additional configuration for slider. When performing mold opening simulation, slider sets will be classified into a SLIDER group automatically.
Use proper values for Total Opening and Step Width. Slider will move along the right direction (X) during mold opening.

Did you use the OOTB slider sets? EMX is not able to recognize the slider components if some specific datums are missing. If custom slider sets are required, the easiest way is to duplicate an existing one and modify it to fit your requirements.

I am using existing slider sets, but I can't get slider movement. What is OOTB slider sets? I can't get it. Can you send me the assembly file that you used to explain me in the video so that I can get some idea? Thank you for your response.

Sir is there any option to add a new supplier to in the supplier list of EMX, If so how can we add a new supplier ?? Or is there any option to create a supplier to our requirements? Please help me sir....
