Moving Shown Chamfer Dimensions

I am having trouble moving chamfer dimensions. We recently migrated to CREO 2.0 from ProE 4.0. When trying to move a chamfer dimension the dimension arrow snaps to one end of the chamfer and will not move any more. I can move the text and not the arrow. I also can not move it to a different chamfer line controlled by the same chamfer.

By default, the chamfer pulls a leader in the direction of the chamfer. It should be able to move the text but it seems limited in motion. I don't prefer the default means of creating chamfer dims.

You could try deleting the dimension and show it again by selecting the other chamfer. Sometimes they don't re-attach, but will show in different locations.
