There is a dimension that has been put in a couple of instance level tables that I would like to bring back the primary family table. Currently I record the information, delete the column and the rows in the instance level table until it is no longer. The I add the dimension to the family table and populate it with the infomartion that was recorded earlier. I am looking to see if anyone knows of a simpler way to bring the dimension from the instance level back to the family table.
The first picture shows the "d0" dimension in the instance level. It cannot be added to a column in the family table (second picture) until it is no longer references in any instance level table.
