No witness line on imported radius dimension in drawing.

I have a drawing where I have to move the radius dimension past the end of the feature. Any dimensions added in the drawing have them.

The green one was added in the drawing.

Just out of curiosity, which file format did you import? DXF, IGES or another neutral file format?

The dimension were brought in(imported) from the model.

Oh, okay. So they were just Shown feature(Driving) dimensions. Understood. That certainly makes this issue even more interesting...
