Hello,
I want to retrieve sensor data from Thingworx server to my creo model but I am not able to connect to the server in creo.
I followed the following (https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/usascii/index.html#page/assembly/instrumented_assemblies/To_Connect_a_Sensor_to_a_Server.html#ww3_3_5_10_4_4_1) instruction to configure creo parametric for Thingworx but when I click connect to server it shows error "Thingworx connection cannot be established"
Please help me with this issue I think I have not given correct path for ThingWorxconfiguration properties file (config.properties) because I could not find this file so I gave same path as the thingworx folder.
Please help me with this problem
