Ordinate Dimension Style Like AutoCAD

Hi there i want the text of dimension over the Line, like as per attached screen shot in Creo.

Please help. My Current version is Parametric 4.0 M30.

In the Drawing, go to File, Prepare, Drawing Properties, Change for Detail Options. You might have to play with some of the other options as well as the one that is highlighted in the image.
