PCB assembly EMN/EMP import does not create holes.
How can I import the holes into a PCB assembly using the IDF import? If I open the board alone, I am able to import the holes but I cannot do it within the assembly. Is there a setting I need to set?

If the holes appear when you are in the board alone then the config options must be set correctly. To update the board while it is in the assembly you will have to activate the board and then do you import of the IDF file. No board changes will happen when the assembly itself is activated when importing the IDF file. Just component placement.
