As I understand ,the fitting library can use family table parts only ?
Is this true?
if its true, what is the best way to migrate existing normal fitting parts to the fitting library?

You didn't read the last bullet line on that linked page!
You can generate a fitting library based on either the Family Table Parts or Family Table Parts with associated accelerator parts or standalone parts.

Thank you @BenLoosli ,
I will try use sandalone parts later.
Now I understand why I have this question: normlly I read Chinese version support document,
Chinese version isnt include information "or standalone parts", and when I started this topic, I use English version web page to help people to understand my meaning, but I havent check the page context(I thought it should be same).
Thanks very much, have a nick day!
Thank you again, its working,
Now I know in spec-driven way ,
the fitting 3D model need to create very carefully accord the instruction.
