It would be nice as it has been an option in many of the 2d drafting packages. Historically we have the option in a 2d drafting package to set the scale of hidden lines so they are represented in a clearer way on the drawings we output.
As you can see in the attached image, the hidden holes in the drawing show up very poorly.
The drawing is D sized and scaled 3:8
I have many plates which this is an ongoing problem with. it would be nice at a drawing level to be able to adjust the hidden line scale so they show up in a clearer manner.

You want to use the drawing configuration option 'line_style_length'.
Go to File > Prepare > Drawing Properties > Detail Options and add the following options. The numeric value is the length of the repeating pattern of the line, in mm or inches depending on the units of your drawing.
Option:
line_style_length
Value:
DASHFONT 0.500
and also set
Option:
line_style_length
Value:
DASHFONT_S_S 0.500
