PTC University is Looking for YOUR Input to Future Courses

Hi Everyone,

My name is Matt Huybrecht, and I'm the Director of CAD Curriculum for PTC University. My team determines what courses are going to be created and for what software. You may or may not know that PTC University is changing up our curriculum creation model, and we're thinking of creating some content for more "niche" areas of Creo. Here are some of the areas we're looking at:

  • Creo Simulation Live - We already have a course but are thinking of expanding it.
  • Topology Optimization - Again, we already have a course but are thinking of expanding it.
  • Advanced Framework Extension (AFX)
  • Creo Render Studio
  • Creo Insight
  • Mold Analysis Extension
  • Casting
  • Welding
  • Additive Manufacturing Lattice Structures
  • Unite Technology
  • Legacy Migration Extension
  • Computational Flow Dynamics (CFD)
  • Tolerance Analysis Extension (TAE)

I'm looking for your feedback here.

What of these would you like to take a course in?

Is there something else not covered here that you'd love to take a course on?

Regards,

Matt

Hi,

I would like to learn about sofware analysys of non-newtonians material. Analysis of plastic parte about thewrmal, behavior y performance in diffents temperatures.

Thanks

Previously you had LMS courses titled "Upgrade from Creo 4 to Creo 7" and similar. Now you only have "whats new in Creo 7". So if a corporation is sticking to the "enterprise" releases, we now have to take at least 6 courses (multiple "what's new" per release) to give use the equivalent of what used to be 1 course.

I would like to see:

  • Import Data Doctor
  • Surfacing tools

There is always more to learn in Creo.
