Looks like you're making a drawing of a model using a drawing template that uses some parameters from the model, and the model is missing these parameters. Basically, your drawing template has a field somewhere on the drawing that shows the model parameter "designation1". Creo looks in your model, and can't find any parameter with this name. so he asks you what kind of parameter this should be (a number, a string, etc.) and lets you enter a value. If the model has a parameter with the correct name, this prompt should not appear.

You are in the wrong forum.

PTC has two CAD systems:    Creo Parametric    and     Creo Elements Direct.

Which makes it confusing.

More, for Creo Elements Direct:

- The 3D software name is Modeling, and

- The 2D software name is Drafting.

For Creo Parametric, use only this tab:

You should move your post to this community to have a better chance to get an answer.

AH OK .. THANK YOU

I encourage you to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. This will make it easier for you to receive meaningful help from other Community members.
I have also moved your post to the Creo+ and Creo Parametric board, for better visibility.
