Is there any way to convert pro-e drawing to AutoCAD drawings (DWG format). I am aware of the fact that we can convert using save a copy option but it does one sheet at a time.
Is there a method to make entire file converted to DWG?

Yes you can convert / save a multiple sheet ProE drawing to a multiple sheet AutoCad drawing ".DWG". While doing the save as process select the sheets tab and select the "All sheets as paper space" option.
This sounds to me like a SIMPLE dxf exchange. I don't understand where there would be any problems. In almost every case you will find something that does not translate perfectly from one CAD platform to another. Although I have seen where going from Pro/E to AutoCAD is one of the least painful experiences.
So do what you need to do and move on. Don't make it any harder than you have to.
