Pro/E hangs when doing "Update" from the model tree

We have one Pro/E user who is experiencing longer than usual wait times when doing an "Update" from the model tree. With an assembly open, he right-clicks on a sub-assembly and selects "Update" and then waits 5-20 min while the "Replace in Session" screen sits there... Understandably, he's getting quite annoyed. IT says that his network connection is fine. He has the same computer as about 8 other users and yet he's the only one having issues. Any ideas???

Thanks, Roger

A huge local cache could be the problem. Has it been cleared lately from
the Cache tab in the Server Manager dialog?
