We are testing the embedded Mozilla browser included with Creo Elements Pro M180 (aka Pro/E Wildfire 5).
Some users are reporting that their entire Pro/E session locks/hangs up when displaying a Windchill page that contains a 3D thumbnail of a model.
The page displays properly, including the thumbnail.
Then Pro/E becomes totally unresponsive, including the Windchill web page.
It's not using any CPU.
All we can do is klll the process in the task manager.
It's as if Pro/E is still waitng for the page to finish loading.
Other pages (such as search results and workspace contents) are are not causing this problem.
Anyone else encountered this?
