Productview Lite 9.1 problems

Hello,
We are using ProductVew Lite v9.1 for reviews and presentations. However,
whether we export the assembly as a productview project, or we backup the
pro/Engineer files to the local hard disk drive, we seem to have problems
displaying parts.
When we open an assembly, the 'loading parts' indicator starts to spin and
never stops. If we click on an assembly to display, we usually find that
some of the parts in that assembly are not displayed, despite being shown in
the tree.

Do you have the same issues, and, if so, have you found a work-around?

WF2, M220, PV9.1, M060

Thanks,

John

You can always try with a newer version. I use Creo View M020 with PDMLink 9.1 M050 without any problems. Creo View has many new enhancements over PV 9.1 and the interface is also a step up.

It was just a plug and play installation and there was no problem detecting the new version when you open viewables from PDMLink.
