Profile Milling Issues

I am having a problem with profile milling. when I cut a diameter with a profile sequence I get a series of linear moves that leaves the diameter with facets all aroud it from the xy cuts instead of arc cuts. If I cut the same diameter with a window(follow hardwalls profile only), it cuts the diameter with arcs the way it should. I have my parameters set the samein both sequences (arcs only)but it seemsthe profile milling is not working the way it should.

Is this a software bug or is there a parameter or something I am missing? My postprocessors have not changed. It started afew of months ago after switching toWF5.I use profile milling a lot and this is really starting to bother me because now all my round parts need to be ground finished as a second operation. I know I can just use a window but profile milling is a lot cleaner when I can just select the model for mill geometery.

I am on WF5 M020X64

What about your accuracy settings?

Are you working with absolute accuracy?

Does the accuracies of the MFG, workpiece and reference part matches?
