Purge Issue

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) Release 3.0 and DatecodeM190

There is difficulty facing regarding the purge

Here are the errors that I faced
'x86e_win64_ptc_setvars' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Could not find ****\ptc_setvars.bat The system cannot find the path specified.

how do you launch purge ?

Do you launch purge.bat located in bin subdirectory ?
