Question related to the mmodelling of a FSAE chassis

We are a FSAE team from India, using creo as a modelling software to design our car.We have designed our chassis which is a steel tube space frame, for the maufacturing of the frame we need to notch the tubes, so is there any provision in creo by which we can get the cut profile of the merging tubesin the frame andn get the development of surface of that profile on a paper so that we can use that profile obtained on the paper to notch our tubes

If you are using round tubing you will have better results if you found a tube notcher - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGVWJVBnMYI

If the tubes aren't round, convert the tubes to sheetmetal parts, create a rip along the tube, and then create a flat pattern and create and plot a drawing. The other option is to select the outside surfaces and use flatten quilt.

This process that you ask for is in Solidworks, but a plotted paper pattern is not a method that is used by professionals. It isn't repeatable, so mass production is out, it is slow to use, and the accuracy of the result is not good. It is only useful on straight tubing and doesn't account for tolerance buildup as the assembly is welded.
