REF Balloons

I have a couple of ideas for REF Balloons:

 

  1. Have a capability to remove the leaders from the REF Balloon without converting to a Draft Group.
  2. Have the capability to merge REF Ballons similar to the way you can merge BOM Balloons.
  3. Have the capability to cahnge the Drawing.dtl file to be able to accept the default text for the REF Balloon to be blank.
